- meghann browne Review added: 2018.10.15★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A few months ago I ordered requesting no pineapple due to an allergy, after taking a bite I noticed they had put it in. I had an allergic reaction and all they offered was a £4.50 refund which they didn’t do until I rang back five days later. I stopped using them until I thought i’d give them another chance today. Firstly it took over 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery, the food has arrived FREEZING cold. After numerous phone calls they offered me a free dish next time I order. I said i’m extremely happy to bring it back to them now, but they said no. Asked to speak to a manager but they didn’t have one in. I asked to speak to somebody else but she was busy. I ended up being passed over to the driver who said the lady i was previously speaking to had to go to the kitchen as she was very busy and that they’d call me back when they get chance. I have learnt do not go back to them, their customer service skills are beyond a joke. And from reading many reviews it seems to be a regular thing. If you like you food delivered on time and hot do not waste your money.
