  Agreed for the maxi skip to be delivered in 2 days. When I arrived to site I noticed the skip wagon was driving away. I stopped and asked the driver whether he is coming back and he replied that there is a removals van opposite to the site, so he could not drop the skip off. I arrived to the site which was round the corner and the driver of the van replied that he can immediately move his truck. The skip driver was angry, nervous in obvious hurry with the red face (seemed to be an angry and rude person, not just in a hurry at that time). He replied that we need to remove some staff off the driveway now and started swearing and asked me to move the car and in a hurry reversed and drove away. I am 100% sure that they had the orders booked up and he decided not to wait for 5 minutes but simply go to his next customer instead. Customer service is 0 out of 10. When I phoned the company and spoke to director, he replied that there is a mess on site and the driver will not be coming back. We are building contractors, it was a silly decision as we could generate more business in the future. I hired a man for that day to remove the building waste so had to get the skip delivered to site urgently. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY ALLEN`S SKIP HIRE AND DAVIDSON`S WASTE REMOVALS, different numbers but the same people, same company. I phone another company which was a little more expensive but their skip arrived to site in 45 minutes, the driver told me No Problem to drop the skip where I wanted, it simply took him extra few minutes due to tight space on our drive at that time.
